Depending on how you use the academy, we may collect:

• Account information, including your name, email address and authentication details.
• Course purchases, enrollment status, lesson progress and completion records.
• Booking details, instructor selections, class times, attendance and live-session metadata.
• Information you submit through contact, consultation or support forms.
• Technical information needed for security and operation, such as session data, browser information and error logs.

We use personal information to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Provide courses, lessons and live online sessions.
• Process enrollment and confirm payment status.
• Manage bookings, attendance and learning progress.
• Respond to messages and provide customer support.
• Prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorized access.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Course payments are processed by Gumroad. Soltani Academy does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Gumroad may process payment, billing and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use Supabase for services including authentication, database storage and application infrastructure. Information processed through these services may include account, enrollment, booking, order and learning-progress records.

Live video and audio sessions are provided using LiveKit. Participants can see or hear information that you choose to share during a class. We do not record a class unless participants are informed and any legally required permission has been obtained.

The website may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, session continuity and core site functionality. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

We share information only where reasonably necessary to operate the academy, process payments, provide live classes, comply with law or protect users and the service. Our technology providers may process information in countries outside Türkiye. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards should apply to international transfers.

We do not sell students' personal information for money.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing course access, maintaining academic and transaction records, resolving disputes and satisfying legal obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the type of information.

Subject to applicable law, including Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 where applicable, you may have rights to request information about processing, access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or submit a complaint to the competent authority.

A learner who has not reached the age required to independently consent under applicable law must use the service with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding a young learner's information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users must also protect their passwords, devices and account access.

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are made.
