By creating an account, purchasing a course, booking a session or otherwise using Soltani Academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for protecting your password and account access.
• You may not share, sell or transfer your account or course access without written permission.
• A minor must use the service with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Course descriptions, duration, session count, price and availability are displayed on the relevant course or checkout page. Enrollment is personal to the purchasing account and is normally activated after successful payment confirmation.

Course schedules, instructors, lesson order and materials may be reasonably updated to maintain quality, availability or academic relevance. We will avoid material reductions to a purchased service without an appropriate remedy.

Payments are processed through Gumroad. You must use the same email address for your academy account and purchase so the enrollment can be connected automatically. Prices and currencies shown at checkout apply to that transaction.

Soltani Academy does not store complete payment-card details. Gumroad's terms may also apply to payment processing and receipts.

Any refund eligibility stated on the product or checkout page forms part of these terms. Refund requests are also subject to applicable consumer law and Gumroad's payment procedures. Contact us promptly and include your receipt and account email.

If a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back or reversed, the associated enrollment and course access may be cancelled. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

• Available times depend on the selected instructor's working hours, existing bookings and blocked periods.
• A student must normally book a session at least 72 hours before its scheduled start time.
• A student must normally cancel a scheduled session at least 72 hours before its start time.
• A late cancellation or missed class may count as a used session unless mandatory law or an agreed exception applies.
• The academy may reschedule a session because of instructor illness, emergency, safety or technical failure. A reasonable replacement time will be offered.

You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, microphone and camera where needed. Do not record, photograph, distribute or publish a private class without the prior consent of the instructor, other participants and the academy.

Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, unlawful activity, deliberate disruption and sharing another person's private information are prohibited.

Progress records and completion status are based on published lessons, required activities and attendance data available in the platform. Completion of a course does not represent a government-recognized qualification unless the course page expressly states otherwise.

Language, academic, sports, music, study-abroad and personal development services are educational. Results depend on many factors, including participation, ability and third-party decisions. We do not guarantee examination scores, university admission, scholarships, visas, employment or other specific outcomes.

Psychology or personal-growth content is not emergency, psychiatric or medical care and must not replace assessment or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Unless otherwise stated, course videos, text, worksheets, designs, logos and other academy materials are owned or licensed by Soltani Academy. A purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use materials for your own learning. Copying, reselling, publicly sharing or commercially exploiting them is prohibited without written permission.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, payment reversal, serious misconduct, unlawful use, security risk or a material violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soltani Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by events outside its reasonable control. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of protections, complaint mechanisms or jurisdiction rights that cannot legally be waived. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns in good faith through direct communication.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable rules change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or providing another appropriate notice.
